
Chloe | Percussion & Drum Instructor


With a drumming journey that began at the age of four, Chloe is a dedicated percussionist and educator with an extensive background in drum set, world-class marching arts, steel drums, and orchestral performance. Currently a member of the Vigilantes Indoor Percussion Front Ensemble and a veteran of elite groups like the Troopers and Guardians Drum Corps, Chloe brings a high level of technical expertise and competitive experience to her students.
As an instructor, Chloe specializes in drum set, battery and front ensemble techniques. In addition to teaching at Rob Tovar Percussion Studio, she also serves on the percussion staff for Haggard Middle School, Plano Senior High School, Prestonwood Christian Academy (PCA), UNT Drumline Summer Camp.

Whether coaching a drumline to precision or guiding a private student through their first rudiments, Chloe is passionate about cultivating the next generation of drummers, and percussionists through a blend of technical discipline and musicality.
